Wife of 1 (soon to be 40 years), mother of 6 (+ 6 in-laws), grandmother of 13. My children were all homeschooled - all the way through high school. They are now functioning quite well in society. Excuse me while I brag for a minute - My oldest son is a police sergeant (and father of 3), my oldest daughter is a kindergarten teacher (and mother of 1), my next son is a JAG in the U.S. Air Force (and father of 2), my next daughter, has just started homeschooling (4 kids), my baby daughter also has just begun homeschooling and started a blog (3 kids), and my baby son is married, no kids yet, and is a defense contractor working at Fort Ben. Since we were pioneers in the homeschool movement, it's nice to report that "socialization" hasn't been an issue.
